Brockenhurst man Thomas Livingstone to be sentenced for exposure and harassment





A BROCKENHURST man is set to be sentenced for indecently exposing himself to a woman in Totton and harassing two others in Hythe.

Thomas Livingstone (43), of no fixed abode, admitted intentionally exposing himself on Ashurst Bridge Road on 9th April.

Livingstone also pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour towards two other women.

Livingstone is due to reappear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Friday 10th May

These related to incidents on Fawley Road in Hythe on 2nd April.

Adjourning sentencing for reports, Southampton magistrates denied bail due to the seriousness of the offences.

Livingstone was remanded in custody to reappear at the court on Friday 10th May.
