Extreme concern for missing Lyne Morrall from Downton, near Salisbury, as CCTV shows her getting off bus at Meeting House Lane in Ringwood





CCTV images showing a missing woman getting off a bus in Ringwood have been released amid extreme concerns for her welfare.

Police have been searching for Lynne Morrall (69), from Downton near Salisbury, for over a week since she was reported to have disappeared on 22nd March.

As reported in the A&T, Hampshire Constabulary had shared their Wiltshire counterparts’ appeal as it was thought she may have been In Fordingbridge.

But the images shared over the Easter weekend show Lynne boarding the X3 bus on Blue Boar Row at 4.35pm on Thursday 21st March and alighting just after 5.30pm at Ringwood’s Meeting House Lane stop.

She is then seen walking north in the direction of the council offices.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Detectives are urgently appealing for anyone who recognises Lynne or who may have dash cam or ring doorbell footage that may help locate her.”

They added: “Her family are extremely concerned for her welfare.”

Lynne was last seen wearing a navy coat, dark trousers and black ankle boots. She was carrying a distinctive light blue bag.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact Wiltshire officers on 101, quoting log 306 of 22nd March.

* The images of Lynne Morrall have been removed following the discovery by police of a body on Saturday 6th April.
