EASTENDERS star Richard Blackwood is set to fly into Bournemouth next Saturday as the festive panto Aladdin opens at the Pavilion Theatre.
Created by the producers of previous Bournemouth shows Jack and the Beanstalk and Sleeping Beauty, the story follows Aladdin, his brother Wishee Washee, and his mother Widow Twankey, on a spectacular adventure.
Audiences are promised a pantomime that’s packed full of laugh-out-loud comedy, stunning scenery, beautiful costumes and of course – a flying carpet!
Richard Blackwood will star as Abanazar and The X Factor’s Amelia Lily will be transformed into the Spirit of the Ring. Pavilion panto favourites Noel Brodie and David Ball will also return as Wishee Washee and Widow Twankey.
Aladdin will be at Bournemouth Pavilion from Saturday 7th December to Sunday 5th January, with tickets on sale now for £20.75 to £24.
But we’ve teamed up with BH Live to give one lucky reader the chance to win a family ticket to the matinee (2.30pm) show on Friday 20th December.
