ICY conditions could bring disruption to the New Forest and Christchurch this morning (Thursday).
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice, which runs until 10.30am.
It says following rain and snow across the south east and London, many cold wet surfaces have frozen overnight, producing icy conditions in places.
Icy stretches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths are likely to increase the chance of accidents and injuries, it adds.
In Sopley, Hampshire County Council confirmed an emergency closure of Salisbury Road, between Ringwood Road and Priest Lane was put in overnight due to flooding.
Highway crews were sent to clear the water and the road reopened at around 6.55am.
