AN URGENT treatment centre in Lymington hospital has reopened following yesterday's (Monday's) temporary closure due to staff sickness.

The centre, which is open seven days a week from 8am until 9pm, consists of a GP-led team of nurse practitioners, specialist paramedics and experienced healthcare support workers who assess and treat or refer minor injuries for all ages of patients.

It was forced to close to patients on Monday due to staff sickness. Although it has reopened today, the centre will only be open until 6pm.
