Lymington man Jeffrey Loader fined for tractor driving offences by Southampton magistrates





DRIVING a tractor in a state likely to cause danger of injury cost a Lymington man £169.

Jeffrey Loader (66), of Chequers Green, pleaded guilty to using the vehicle on a town road with both front tyres worn, faulty lamps and handbrake, no breakaway cable, an oil leak and no oil cap.

Loader denied but was found guilty of driving without insurance during the incident on 12th February 2022.

Issuing three penalty points, Southampton magistrates fined him £60 and ordered he pay £109 court charges.
