Whitsbury Road in Fordingbridge to shut for six weeks

A STREET in Fordingbridge will be closed for six weeks from today (Tuesday).
The footpath on Whitsbury Road is set for resurfacing, and a temporary walkway will be installed in the road to ensure pedestrian access.
The road, between Green Lane and Pennys Lane, will be closed 24/7 for the duration of the work, which is due to last until the evening of 26th May.
Residents have been asked not to park vehicles near the roadworks while they are in progress, and a marshal will be on site during working hours, Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm, to ensure residents can access their homes.
