Burglars steal Kubota U10-3 mini-diggers worth tens of thousands on Mount Pleasant Lane in Lymington





BURGLARS stole four mini-diggers worth tens of thousands of pounds when they targeted a business in Lymington.

Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage as they investigate the theft, which took place at an address on Mount Pleasant Lane on Saturday 11th November, between 8pm and midnight.

The Kubota U10-3 excavators removed from the site are each valued at over £14,000.

They are bright orange with ‘DIAL-A-DIGGER’ written on them.

A Hampshire police spokesperson said: “We’d like to hear from anyone with any information which might assist in our investigation, including the current whereabouts of the stolen mini-diggers.

“Also, please get in touch if you witnessed any suspicious vehicles in the area at the time of the incident, especially those capable of carrying such diggers.”

Officers want to hear from those who have relevant video footage, including doorbell cameras and dash cams.
