Thieves snatch baby bunnies from family ice cream parlour

BABY bunnies have been stolen from the garden of an ice cream parlour.

The incident occurred at Carlos Ices and Tea Rooms in Romsey Road, West Wellow, on Sunday night.

A police spokesperson confirmed that a report was made the following morning after staff discovered four rabbits had been taken.

Approximately three weeks earlier, more than 20 were stolen from the same location.

A spokesperson for Carlos’, which also has chickens and guinea pigs in its garden, said: “Most of them are too young to leave their mums.”
