Castle Avenue in Highcliffe closed after vehicle crash

A road was closed in Highcliffe this afternoon (Thursday) after a crash.

Castle Avenue was reportedly shut, and emergency services at the scene after a collision involving a black Peugeot.

A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “Called at 4pm to report of single vehicle collision. Location is Castle Avenue in Christchurch.”

Officers were in attendance with the fire service, the spokesperson said, and minor injuries had been reported.
