A museum spokesperson told the A&T: “Our visitor also admired Sammy’s display of more than 1,400 trophies, which was the biggest collection Prince Michael had ever seen, and he congratulated Sammy on all his wins.

“He was most interested to learn about Sammy’s legendary motorcycle restorations, many of which are on display in the museum. Currently in the workshop is an Ariel Square Four, a Bradshaw Oil Cooled Motorcycle Engine and the Taite Triple, designed by the famous engineer Bob Taite.”
