CCTV: Man sought by police after person abused in Nisa Local store at Ashley




POLICE have released a CCTV picture of a man they want to speak to after a reported assault at an Ashley store.

The attack was said to have happened inside Nisa Local on Ashley Road between 9.20am and 9.30am on Thursday 17th October, with the victim verbally abused and pushed by an unknown man.

Others were also said to have been verbally abused by the same man.

People are being urged to come forward if they can help officers identify the man pictured.

He is white, aged 30 to 50, about 5ft 5in tall, of large build, bald, with a scruffy beard, wearing black shorts, a black top with a logo across the middle, a black coat, and white trainers.

A Hampshire force spokesperson said: “We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
