Police spot youngsters carrying out cannabis deal outside their office in Falconer Court, Hardley




TWO teenagers were caught carrying out a cannabis deal ­– outside a police office.

The activity was spotted when officers looked out of a window of their base in Falconer Court, Hardley, shortly before 4pm on Sunday afternoon.

Searches of both youngsters, a 14-year-old girl from Dibden and a 16-year-old boy from Hythe, resulted in quantities of the class B substance and cash being seized.

The girl was issued a community resolution order, but a Hampshire police spokesperson said enquiries into the boy’s involvement were ongoing.

Posting on Facebook, the local officers said: “Just as we were about to clock off for the day, a 16-year-old male was seen by officers from the office window conducting a drug deal right outside the police station!

“A 14-year-old female was stopped outside the station and found in possession of cannabis. The male was also located by officers further down the road and also subject to a search.”
