Balson Homes submits plans for four homes in place of two in Manor Road, Ringwood




A developer has lodged an application to knock down two houses in Ringwood and build four properties in their place.

Balson Homes is proposing to replace a pair of semi-detached homes at 41-43 Manor Road with two pairs, comprising three and four bedrooms.

An application submitted to New Forest District Council reads: “The dwellings would be of a traditional form with a high-quality finish of red brick under a tiles roof.

“The proposal picks up on the architectural language of many of the recent infill developments in the area.”
