Appletree Developments plans five three-storey homes on former Pines Hotel and bungalow in Mudeford




PLANS have been submitted to demolish the former Pines Hotel and a neighbouring bungalow at Mudeford to make way for five modern three-storey detached homes.

The application relating to 37 and The Pines at 39 Mudeford, Christchurch, has been submitted to BCP Council by Appletree Developments (Poole) Ltd.

In 2016, consent was granted to convert the old hotel into nine flats, but in 2020 an application to demolish the building and replace with nine new flats was refused.

The new scheme proposes four three-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom, with two on the frontage and three behind, served by a private drive.
