Police confirm discovery of pensioner found dead in Dilton area of Boldre

POLICE responded after a pensioner was found dead in a field near Boldre.

The body of the man, who was in his 70s, was discovered in the Dilton area around 4.30pm on Tuesday 10th December.

A Hampshire force spokesperson said his death was not being treated as suspicious, his next of kin had been informed, and a file was prepared for the coroner.
