New roles available – Residential Support Worker
Aspris provides the highest standards of education and care to children with a range of needs including autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
To continue maintaining their high standard of service, Aspris are now looking to recruit talented and committed people for the role of Residential Support Worker at their services located in Southampton and the New Forest. The position, which is key within Aspris’ support team, will see you play a crucial part in wellbeing, education and social and independence activities, to contribute positively towards young people achieving their full potential.
Experience is not essential, but you will require the ability to be resilient and attentive, as well as possessing good organisation and communication skills. Aspris will also support you through a QCF Level 3 qualification where required.
