The woman suffered minor injuries.

Officers arrested a 61-year-old man from Cosham on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle dangerously, attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, criminal damage and assault by beating.

He was later released under investigation while enquiries continue.
