New Milton man Andrew Claridge-Fleming denies charge in Bournemouth Crown Court that he caused unnecessary suffering to animals in leaving dogs in hot car at Ashley Manor Farm




A New Milton man has a denied charge that he caused unnecessary suffering to animals by leaving four dogs in a car during hot weather.

Andrew Claridge-Fleming appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court yesterday (Thursday) when he pleaded not guilty to the charge.

It’s alleged the incident happened at the 56-year-old’s home – Ashley Manor Farm, Lymington Road – on 3rd August 2023.

Claridge-Fleming is being prosecuted by the RSPCA, and was released on unconditional bail.
