George James Balchin (22) appears in court charged with burglary at Coxlease School in Lyndhurst after three vehicles were stolen
A MAN charged with stealing three vehicles from a New Forest school has appeared in court.
George James Balchin (22) is accused of committing burglary at Coxlease School in Clay Hill, Lyndhurst, between 5th and 6th November, when car keys and vehicles were taken.
Balchin, from Havant, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court last week following an investigation undertaken by multiple policing teams into a series of crimes in Hayling Island, Havant, Portsmouth, Fareham and Lyndhurst.
He is also charged with conspiring to commit burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, conspiring to steal a motor vehicle and two other burglaries, as well as sending offensive communications and stalking without fear/alarm/distress.
The defendant was remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Portsmouth Crown Court on 16th December.
