Poole magistrates issue restraining orders after assault at Bournemouth University Sports Campus in Christchurch




A Christchurch man was handed three restraining orders after he admitted assault and threatening a woman.

Aaron Barber (21), of Windsor Road, pleaded guilty to attacking a man at Bournemouth University Sports Campus at Chapel Gate, Hurn, last June.

He also admitted threatening a woman with violence, putting him in breach of a non-molestation order issued by the Bournemouth and Poole family court last May.

Poole magistrates made Barber the subject of three separate restraining orders, including two against the victims, and fined him £300, ordered him to pay £50 compensation and £85 court costs.
