Elliot Honnywill due in court over serious injury crash on Parley Lane in Hurn

A MAN is due in court following a two-vehicle crash at Hurn that left a motorist badly hurt.

The collision involving a Ford Fiesta and a Dodge Caliber took place on Parley Lane, near Bournemouth Airport, shortly before 10pm on Saturday 22nd July 2023.

As a result, the Dodge driver, a woman in her 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A 22-year-old man from West Moors attended a voluntary police interview in relation to the incident.

Following enquiries, Elliot Honnywill (22), of West Moors, was issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday 5th April.

He faces an allegation of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
