Man assaulted by two others on Hayters Way in Alderholt, near Fordingbridge




POLICE are hunting two men who attacked a third after getting out of a car in an Alderholt street.

The victim, who is in his 20s, was reportedly targeted by the pair on Hayters Way in the village, near Fordingbridge, around 7.30pm on Sunday 5th November.

He suffered facial injuries but did not require medical treatment.

His attackers, who were both wearing dark clothing, emerged from a grey Peugeot 208 before the incident.

PC Ashlea Gale said: “We have now received a full account from the victim and I am carrying out enquiries into this incident.

“I understand there were other people in the area at the time and I would ask anyone who saw what happened and has not already spoken to police to please get in touch.”
