Early morning police raid sees 48-year-old Ringwood man arrested





A RINGWOOD man was arrested by police this morning (Thursday) after an early morning raid on a property in the town.

Officers searched the home, gaining “rapid entry” with help from the neighbourhood enforcement team.

Posting online, officers said a 48-year-old male had been arrested on suspicion of supplying of class A drugs.

Cash, luxury watches, controlled drugs and weapons were also seized.

The post added: “We have acted on intelligence that the public have provided us and will action information wherever possible.

“Please continue to keep us updated with criminality known to you in Ringwood so we can execute some [more] early morning warrants.”
