Latest BCP Council planning applications and decisions for Christchurch




APPLICATIONS

The following applications for planning permission in Christchurch were submitted to BCP Council during the week ending Friday 18th October 2024.

Single-storey warehouse extension, variation of condition 2 to reduce approved footprint, remove roof overhang for delivery bay, add new door to rear elevation and add additional rooflights, Polyhose, 3 Airfield Road, Burton.

Single-storey rear extension, 12 Marmion Green, Burton.

The siting of a mobile home, Bounds Farm, Parley Green Lane.

Single-storey rear extension and fenestration alterations, 14 Walcott Avenue.

Proposed rear extension and roof extension with conversion, variation of condition 2 minor alterations to the proposed materials, 2 Wharncliffe Road, Highcliffe.

Single-storey front extension, 12 Holmhurst Avenue, Highcliffe.

Demolition of existing buildings to enable replacement four-bedroom house, 140 Stanpit, Mudeford.

Demolition existing buildings and erect a replacement four-bedroom house with a raised floor level to 2.6m AOD to assist with flood defences (existing height 1.9m AOD), 140 Stanpit, Mudeford.

Retain an existing 1.8m high fence that replaced a section of an existing hedge, retrospective application, 2 Jellicoe Drive, Mudeford.

Proposed flat roof dormer to south-east elevation of existing roof, minor material amendments to external facade, Guide Hut, Tuttons Well, 108 Stanpit, Mudeford.

Proposed alterations and extensions to both dwellings to form garage to number 3 and porch to number 4 with new boundary brick wall, 3 and 4 Robins Way, Mudeford.

DECISIONS

GRANTED

Ground floor side and rear extensions, extend porch, demolish garage, new outbuilding, (amended description), 55 Scotts Hill Lane.

Single-storey rear extension and rooflight, 196A Barrack Road.

Variation of condition 2 of planning application 8/23/0895/HOU change the size of the sliding doors at the rear and add a window between them. Increase the size of the roof lanterns at the rear, reduce the garage / store to create a separate store area and a shower room from the games room. Block one window on the side elevation and change the position of the other one and the side doors, add a rooflight to the bedroom one’s ensuite and to the side extension's loft amended plans. Original application (8/23/0895/HOU) - single-storey rear / side extension, first floor front gable addition with side balcony over garage roof, garage roof increased in pitch and height to create storage area, render side elevation and new front gable extension, 35 Seaway Avenue, Mudeford.

NOT LAWFUL

Application for a lawful development certificate for proposed rear single-storey flat roof extension 1.8m x 5.65m wide to the rear kitchen living area, there will be a 4.2m bi-fold door installed facing the rear garden, 30 Pauntley Road, Mudeford.

REFUSED

Variation of condition to application 8/79/1020 to allow the main building to be occupied by a veterinary clinic, Burton Medical Centre, 123 Salisbury Road, Burton.

Erection of dwelling house, Adjacent 17 Church Street.
