Latest New Forest District Council planning applications and decisions




APPLICATIONS

THE following applications for planning permission were submitted to New Forest District Council during the week ending Friday 18th October 2024:

Fordingbridge

Demolition of existing front extension, conservatory and garage, construction of single-storey front and rear extensions, extension to provide additional first floor accommodation, replacement garage building with games room, 38 Station Road, Mr Palmer.

Hythe and Dibden

Lymington and Pennington

Single-storey rear extension to provide for a disabled member of the household, 23 Barton Lane, Barton-on-Sea, Mr Murphy.

Ringwood

Roof extension including raising the ridge, front and rear gables and side dormer to facilitate creation of first floor, single-storey extension to form porch, 18 Highfield Avenue, Ms Woodrow.

Installation of fibre optic cable to provide full fibre broadband services (prior approval application), areas of land in and around Kingston Common, Wessex Internet Ltd.

Sopley

Installation of fibre optic cable to provide full fibre broadband services (prior approval application), areas of land in and around Kingston Common, Wessex Internet Ltd.

Totton and Eling

Rear extension, 28 Frampton Way, Mr Chandler.

DECISIONS

GRANTED

Fawley

Variation of condition 2, 3 and 4 of planning permission 23/10866 to allow amendments to design, Sunning, Mopley, Langley, Mr and Ms Jones and Roberts.

Hythe and Dibden

Demolish existing garage to the rear and replace with an annexe with shared facilities with the main building, The Laurels, Beaulieu Road, Dibden Purlieu, Ms Godden.

Lymington and Pennington

Removal of existing detached garage and erection of attached garage and office / workshop, Greensleeves, Sway Road, Pennington, Mr and Mrs Cavell.

Re-roof main house using existing tiles and ridge tiles wherever possible, replace existing dormer window mineral felt roof with lead roof and re-roof near two-storey extension with mineral felt to match existing (application for listed building consent), 12 Nelson Place, Mr and Mrs Horsburgh.

Demolition of existing single-storey extensions and replacement with two-storey extension, Southern Wood, 113 Milford Road, Pennington, Mr Ducker.

Milford-on-Sea
