The following applications for planning permission in Christchurch were submitted to BCP Council during the week ending Friday 31st October 2025.

Conversion of existing ground floor offices into three one-bedroom flats, Kenilworth Court, 35 Stour Road.

Removal of garage, single-storey rear and side extensions to dwelling house and installation of rooflights, 2 Sherwood Close.
