Jail sentence for restraining order breach at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Barton




BREACHING a restraining order has landed a man with a six-month jail term.

Lewis Elkins (33), of no fixed abode, admitted contravening the order, which was imposed by Southampton Magistrates’ Court in 2020 and banned the defendant from parts of the New Forest.

The court heard Elkins went to Hoburne Naish holiday park in Barton and made contact with a female, which he was prohibited from doing.

In addition to the sentence, Elkins was told he must pay court charges of £154.
