Vandals daub graffiti over inside of toilet block in Library Road, Totton

POLICE are hunting vandals who covered the inside of a Totton public toilet block with graffiti.

The conveniences in Library Road was targeted sometime between 8.30am and 4.30pm last Tuesday.

New Forest District Council workers cleaned up as much of the paint as they could two days later.

Responding to a local police post about the damage, Facebook users expressed their frustration.

One person wrote: “This is horrible, senseless art blighting UK and other European nations; may think it is cool and fun but there is an added cost that is part of the council tax bill.”
