Police arrest two men after teenage boy punched and pushed off Shengmilo electric bike in robbery near Totton College




TWO men have been arrested after a teenage boy was punched and pushed off his electric bicycle near Totton College.

The 13-year-old was attacked as he rode along Water Lane around 5pm on Tuesday 4th March, and the offender fled with the Shengmilo S600 250 Watts Motor.

It has since been recovered in the Chandler’s Ford area.

Police investigating the theft have now arrested a 21-year-old and a 20-year-old, both from London, on suspicion of robbery.

The pair currently remain in custody.

A Hampshire force spokesperson said: “As part of our ongoing enquiries, we would still like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time stated.

“Please also get in touch with us if you have any footage of the incident, including doorbell camera, dash cam, mobile phone, or any other CCTV.”
