Housing proposed for redundant Colors Youth Centre site next door to New Forest Academy School at Holbury

A FORMER youth centre next door to a Forest school could be demolished for nine homes.

Hampshire County Council is selling the old Colors Youth Centre building at Holbury, a site close to New Forest Academy School

It’s on the market through Portsmouth estate agents Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, which says the price is in excess of £200,000.

A proposal for development on the land – between Southbourne Avenue and Larch Avenue – comes in a pre-application planning enquiry to New Forest District Council.
