Police seize two holdalls stuffed with cannabis in raid on home in Bourne Lane, Woodlands

TWO large holdalls stuffed with cannabis were seized when police raided a New Forest home yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.

Local neighbourhood officers swooped on the address in The Copse in Bourne Lane, Woodlands, around 2pm, joined by drug dog Libby.

They removed the bags containing the class B substance, along with other items used in relation to supply.

A woman at the property was issued with a community resolution for personal possession of cannabis, while an investigation was launched into the supply of the drug. No arrests have yet been made.

Posting on Facebook afterwards, officers urged people to report any drug activity in their area.

“Drugs use and dealing affects local communities, so help us stop it happening where you live,” they said.
