AN animal owner has been left heartbroken after her horse was found stabbed to death at Walkford.
The animal was found dead in a field on Walkford Lane, near New Milton, on Tuesday morning.
It had been stabbed in the chest.
Appealing for information, the owner of the horse told the A&T: “We are offering a reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
“Someone somewhere knows something and all information will be treated with the strictest confidence so please come forward if you know any details about what happened to our beautiful girl. Sleep tight Fluff, we love you so much.”
A Hampshire police spokesperson said: "Anyone with any information on this horrific incident please contact 101 quoting 44190350493."
