Former financial director of Lyndhurst firm Kool Kompany Ltd, Michael Trodd, in court charged with fraud

A MAN has appeared in court charged with defrauding a Lyndhurst-based company of nearly £27,500.
Michael Trodd (53), of Redwood Court, Southampton, faced a singled allegation at the city's magistrates' court relating to his time as finance director of Kool Kompany Ltd, which trades at Koolskools.
He was accused of dishonestly abusing his position at the firm, part-owned by Lyndhurst man Andy Ashcroft, for financial gain between 2015 and 2019.
Trodd is next due to appear at Southampton Crown Court on 17th March.
