Christchurch Food Festival and Food Fest Local bring thousands to town

Thousands packed Christchurch town centre over the bank holiday weekend for a collision of two food celebrations.

The 25th Christchurch Food Festival ran over all three days at the Quomps on the town’s quay, while Food Fest Local packed the High Street on Saturday and Sunday.

There were demonstrations by notable foodies, live music and hundreds of stalls offering a raft of food from around the world as the weather stayed mainly dry for the duration.
