Three vehicles, including an excavator, stolen in just over 24 hours in Ringwood and Ibsley areas

AN excavator was among three vehicles stolen in the Ringwood and Ibsley areas in the space of just over 24 hours.

Police are urging witnesses to come forward as they investigate the thefts, which happened during the nights of Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd January.

The first incident involved a silver Ford Transit van being taken from Parkside, Ringwood, between 7.15pm and 7.30pm on the Sunday (crime reference: 44240030469).

Sometime during that night, thieves snatched a Takeuchi excavator from North Poulner Road in the town (44240030628).

Finally, a Fiat 500 Lounge was reported stolen from Salisbury Road, Ibsley, between 8.30pm and 10pm on the Monday night (44240031826).

A Hampshire police spokesperson said: “If you were in the area at the time of any of these incidents, witnessed anything suspicious, or have any photos or video footage, please call 101 and quote the corresponding incident number.”
