A drink-driver from New Milton with a “recent traumatic history” has been allowed to keep her licence due to “exceptional hardship”.
Appearing before Southampton magistrates, Rosanna Sly (32) of Camellia Gardens pleaded guilty to committing the offence in a white Audi on Stopples Lane in Hordle on 31st March.
The court found mitigating circumstances to allow Sly to keep her licence, described in court documents as “exceptional hardship…financial circumstances, her children, recent traumatic history”.
The defendant’s driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points and she was fined £80 and ordered to pay £32 in court charges.
