New Forest Pride will be held at Lymington’s Bath Road Recreation Ground and feature Lady Gaga tribute act
An action-packed day is promised for New Forest Pride with live music including a tribute to Lady Gaga.
Hilarious drag queens Dixie Normous and Misty Lee will be hosting the event at Lymington’s Bath Road Recreation Ground on 27th July. which starts at 11.30am and closes at 8pm.
Gay Elvis will also be making an appearance, alongside 90s dance anthem band Rock of the Pops; and there will be a bouncy castle for youngsters.
There will also be food and drink available on the day.
New Forest Pride is now in its third year, and its aim is to “to support the local economy and enrich the community's cultural landscape”.
“Our objectives include supporting LGBTQ+ artists, showcasing diverse community voices, and addressing the isolation experienced by LGBTQ+ individuals in the area,” say organisers.
They say it also offers an opportunity for “community engagement and celebration of diversity through artistic expression”.
Organisers say everyone, including pets, are welcome to enjoy the event.

Forest Pride 2024 starts at 11.30am and closes at 8pm.
