LEARN MOREA CHRISTCHURCH motorist who admitted failing to provide a drink-drive blood specimen had 10 penalty points imposed on his licence.
John Redmond (48), of Willow Way, had previously denied the offence, committed in Bournemouth in November last year but reversed his plea on the day of the trial.
Poole magistrates also fined the defendant £162 and ordered he pay £234 in court charges.
