Christchurch pensioner Jennifer Brown banned from roads for drink-driving

A CHRISTCHURCH pensioner has been banned from the roads for 18 months after drink-driving.

Jennifer Brown (71), of Bure Park, committed the offence on 3rd January in Bournemouth.

A breath test showed she was more than twice the legal limit.

Appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court, she entered a guilty plea to the charge. In addition to the ban she was ordered to pay a fine of £300 and court charges of £119.
