EIGHTIES teen heart-throb Paul Young will be at Christchurch Regent Centre next month with his Tex-Mex-inspired band Los Pacaminos.

Formed in 1992, the current line-up includes Drew Barfield, Mark Pinder, Steve Greetham, Jamie Moses and Melvin Duffy – the UK's premier pedal steel player.

Hailed as one of the UK’s most popular live touring bands, Los Pacaminos are known for performing music in styles ranging from The Texas Tornadoes and Ry Cooder to Los Lobos and even Roy Orbison.

When appearing with the band – whose members all wear cowboy hats –Young does not perform any of his solo hits.

The group will be in Christchurch on Friday 20th March at 7.30pm. Tickets are £21 each but we’ve teamed up with the Regent Centre to give one lucky reader the chance to win a pair by answering the question in this week’s leisure competition.

For a chance to win pick up a copy of the 28th February A&T in the shops now for just 70p.

The closing date for entries is Friday 6th March. See newspaper for terms and conditions.
