CCTV: Man sought by police after bank card stolen from vehicle on The Square in Pennington and used in two shops




POLICE have released a CCTV picture of a man they want to find after a bank card was stolen in Pennington and used at two shops.

The card was in a wallet snatched from a vehicle on The Square, and then fraudulently used, totalling £147.14 between 2pm and 3pm on Monday 19th August.

People are being urged to come forward if they can help identify the man pictured.

A Hampshire force spokesperson said: “We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.

“Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
