CCTV: Man sought by police after pair punched and kicked outside the Falcon Inn pub at Fawley

POLICE have released a CCTV picture after a man and a woman were punched and kicked outside a Fawley pub.

The assaults happened outside Falcon Inn at Ashlett Court on The Square between 9.20pm and 10pm on Sunday 28th July.

As a result, the male victim suffered swelling to his head and bruising to his face and body, while the female was left with bruising to her knee and arms.

A Hampshire police spokesperson said: “Since this was reported to us, officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries and are now in a position to release an image of a man they would like to speak with.”

The man is described as white, between 6ft 1in and 6ft 2in tall, large build. He was wearing a black vest top and black shorts.

The spokesperson added: “Do you recognise him? Were you in the area at the time? Did you witness the incident or any suspicious behaviour?”
