Burley Halloween trick-or-treat trail raises more than £700 for village primary school

LEARN MOREIT WAS more Boo!-ley than Burley as the New Forest village turned out in force for a Halloween trick-or-treat trail.
Businesses created pumpkins for their shop windows as suitably costumed children collected goodies from 'treat stations' dotted around the village.
The event was run by Burley Primary School Association, and raised £718 for the school.
BPSA spokesperson Bethany Bennett-Smith said: "It really was a wonderful community event and brought both school and local businesses together.
"Thank you to the community and everyone that bought a tickets and supported us. We really are so incredibly grateful."
