Homeowner’s plan to reduce previously extended cottage at Linford Road, Hangersley, near Ringwood, and build three dwellings within its grounds submitted to New Forest District Council
PLANS to reduce the size of a previously extended cottage near Ringwood and build three homes on its grounds have been submitted to New Forest District Council.
Martin Ridsdale has applied to make the alterations to Crockets, Linford Road, Hangersley.
The application seeks to remove the previous extension and retain the original part of the property, a two-bedroom cottage.
The new properties, if granted planning permission, would consist of two three-bedroom properties and one four-bed.
The site has two shared vehicle access points, both from Linford Road, which would serve the properties.
A total of nine car parking spaces would be created.
New Forest District Council is expected to make a decision soon after public consultation ended on 29th September.
So far there have been no comments submitted to the council either in support or objecting to the scheme.
