AN office site in Totton could be converted into seven new homes if planning permission is granted by New Forest District Council.

DPP Ltd wants to build six two-bedroom homes at 7-9 Rumbridge Street and convert the upper floor of an office to a two-bed flat.

The ground floor would remain in commercial use. The application would also provide 15 cycle spaces but no provision for car parking.

NFDC will make a decision after the public consultation period ends on 26th November.
