Ashurst 20-year-old Joe Spicer banned from roads for 22 months after driving with cocaine in system
DRIVING with traces of cocaine in his system landed an Ashurst motorist with a 22-month ban from the roads.
Joe Spicer (20), of Ash Grove, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while at the wheel in Totton in July last year. He also admitted having class B drug cannabis in his possession on the same day.
Southampton magistrates fined him £120 and ordered Spicer pay £85 in court charges.
He was given a six-month conditional discharge for the drug possession.
