Arrest over theft of £1,000 watch from Lyndhurst Antiques Centre




A man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a £1,000 watch from a New Forest antique shop.

The 27-year-old, from Portsmouth, was held after the timepiece, valued at £1,187, was taken from Lyndhurst Antiques Centre, High Street, on Thursday 11th July.

He has since been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
