Jordan McClay, wanted over alleged assault on Hunt Road in Somerford, Christchurch, arrested after police manhunt




A MAN wanted in connection with an alleged assault in Christchurch has now been arrested.

As reported by the A&T, Jordan McClay was the subject of a manhunt after the incident, said to have happened on Hunt Road in Somerford on Tuesday 11th June.

Found three weeks later, the 33-year-old local man was arrested and then bailed as investigations continue.

A Dorset force spokesperson said: “Jordan McClay, aged 33 and from Christchurch, was wanted in connection with an incident in Hunt Road on Tuesday 11th June 2024.

“Following enquiries by officers, he was located and arrested.

“He was subsequently released on police bail as detectives carry out further enquiries.”
