LEARN MOREAN appeal seeking permission to build a new dwelling on land behind a Lyndhurst home has been dismissed.
Ms A. Wade challenged the national park authority’s refusal of her proposal to the rear of Tyrrell Lodge in Southampton Road.
However, a government inspector noted that while the latest plan was a scaled-down version of a previously rejected appeal, it did not address concerns over the impact it would have on the charter and appearance of the area.
